By accessing and using GGVault ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. GGVault is a digital goods marketplace for Pet Simulator 99 in-game items.

3. Digital Goods & Delivery

GGVault sells virtual in-game items for Pet Simulator 99 on Roblox. All items are delivered via legitimate in-game trade mechanics. Delivery times range from 5 minutes to 24 hours depending on order size. We make no guarantee of delivery time but aim to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible.

4. Payments

All payments are processed through PayPal. By completing a purchase, you authorize GGVault to charge the stated amount. All prices are in US dollars. Once payment is confirmed, an order will be created and delivery will begin.

5. Prohibited Activities

  • Fraudulent chargebacks after receiving goods
  • Providing false Roblox usernames or contact information
  • Reselling GGVault goods without permission
  • Abusing our support team or staff
  • Using our platform for any illegal purpose

6. Disclaimer

GGVault is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation or BIG Games (the developers of Pet Simulator 99). All trademarks belong to their respective owners. We are an independent reseller of virtual goods.

7. Limitation of Liability

GGVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
