1. Refund Eligibility
We offer full refunds in the following circumstances:
- Your order was not delivered within 24 hours of payment confirmation
- You received incorrect items different from what you ordered
- Technical issues on our end prevented delivery
2. Non-Refundable Cases
- Order has already been fully delivered
- You provided an incorrect Roblox username and items were delivered to another account
- You changed your mind after delivery
- Account bans or actions taken by Roblox after delivery
3. How to Request a Refund

- Provide your email address and Roblox username used at checkout
- Describe the issue with your order
- Include any screenshots or evidence if available

4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed via PayPal within 1–3 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method. We will notify you via email once the refund is processed.
5. Chargebacks
We take fraudulent chargebacks very seriously. If you open a PayPal dispute without first contacting us, we reserve the right to provide delivery evidence to PayPal and dispute the chargeback. Please always contact us first — we resolve issues quickly and fairly.
